CPCR has recently been awarded a contract to provide a Partnering Leadership Programme to the Ministry of Defence and AgustaWestland.
This programme involves working with the senior managers leading the delivery of the Strategic Partnering Arrangement which MoD and AgustaWestland entered into in June 2006. The Strategic Partnering Arrangement has the highest profile, and is a key part of the Defence Industrial Strategy launched by Lord Drayson in Dec 2005. CPCR's role will be to help embed effective partnering leadership practices over the next 18 months to build a strong foundation for the success of the Partnering Arrangement'.
