Alex has a proven track record of measurably improving organisational performance by working with senior leaders and their teams to better define and deliver results.  He does this by integrating the strategic, behavioural and emotional agenda around real work issues.

Alex is a qualified Psychological Counsellor, using Appreciative Enquiry, Neuro Linguistics, Firo B and MBTI in his work. He is experienced in the design and delivery of large group conversations – engaging the whole organization – and as a change project leader. Clients include ABN AMRO Bank, Nokia, The Healthcare Commission, Woolworth’s, Christies and  Hammersmith Hospitals.

Alex is registered to coach senior leaders at Johnson & Johnson, GlaxoSmithKline and Marks & Spencer and works with clients in English, Spanish, German and Italian languages

Previously Alex ran and owned a profitable interior design and renovation business in New York City, learning, sometimes the hard way, the link between his team’s engagement and the profit he made.
