Anne Cuthbertson

Anne’s consultancy work focuses on leadership development and change programmes in the public and private sector. Her primary work is with board members and senior managers facilitating individual, team and organisational development often in difficult times of transition Or within complex partnering environments.  She is an experienced facilitator and executive coach and her work with management teams combines energy and fun with a results focus.

Anne has a particular interest in the link between organisational change and the development of leaders, working hard to generate the best return on investment for both. Her work combines practical support with the strategic thinking necessary to bring about sustained future growth. Anne leads CPCR’s research into leadership development practice and has presented CPCR’s model of collaborative leadership at national conferences.

Before joining CPCR in 1989, Anne was Human Resources Manager for a division of 400 people in a major utility business.
