Catrina Hewitson

Catrina specialises in helping individuals, teams and organisations succeed through clear thinking, creativity, communication and skills development. The majority of her time is spent with organisations adapting to waves of change – helping people in the midst of that experience.

She has worked at senior levels to support the development of strategy, facilitated teams to help them address complex issues and designed and delivered innovative solutions to skills development, learning and communication. Catrina’s starting point is that people are capable of extraordinary things and that often it is simple actions like listening, taking time to think, great conversations, investing in relationships and having fun that make the difference.

Catrina is a Director of Thirsty Thursday – a unique network that creates a wide range of social, developmental and inspirational events for women. A board member of Plus Housing Group, Catrina is also Chair of one of its subsidiaries, Hornby Homes and a Trustee of Sefton Park Palmhouse Preservation Trust.
