Chris Lake

Chris’ particular expertise is the growth of leaders and their wider corporations, driving both personal and organisational development hand-in-hand. Chris has a credible, pragmatic and challenging style, with a strong public and private sector track record working both 1:1 and with groups of senior managers. Much of this work has been with international groups, including assignments in North America, Europe and the Middle East.

A Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Chris is particularly interested in its application to leadership, personal and organisational development.  He is also practised in the use of a range of psychometric instruments including MBTI, FIRO Human Elements and IE – a third generation emotional intelligence instrument.

Chris was Executive MBA Director and Leadership Tutor at Roffey Park Management Institute from 1997-2004.  Here he specialised in the development of senior managers to become better business leaders – both strategically and interpersonally.  Before that Chris’ commercial and line management experience was gained in the retail sector, principally with WH Smith.
