Hilary has a broad range of experience in both the public and private sector, working with organisations such as the BBC and PricewaterhouseCoopers (where she was the HR Director of one of the business streams) to improve their effectiveness.

Practised in business performance management, organisation change and leadership development, Hilary has particular skills and experience in change management and individual coaching. Clients particularly value her innovative ideas and an ability to act as a ‘fresh pair of eyes’ – challenging accepted ways of doing things.  She is very much a ‘big picture’ person, but can easily move from strategy to implementation.  Hilary’s concern is to work with the client, helping them design solutions that best fit the culture of their organisation.
