Jenny Charteris

Jenny is CPCR's Managing Director.  An organisation and leadership developer, Jenny works with leaders facing complex challenges in demanding and politically sensitive contexts.  She is noted for helping leaders to move from the big picture to action and results, and for helping teams to tackle tough issues together.  She works with  newly merged organisations, strategic alliances and other collaborative ventures in the utilities, government, civil engineering and defence sectors, facilitating the development of top teams and boards to ensure they are aligned and fit to lead the change process, designing large change programmes, and leading the teams that deliver them.  Her coaching and assessment skills add depth and breadth to that development capability. 

Jenny has worked on partnerships and JVs for some of the UK’s largest capital projects and regularly speaks at conferences on the subject of partnering effectiveness.  Before joining CPCR in 1993 she headed up a Performance Improvement function in retail financial services, worked in procurement in the civil engineering sector, and ran her own small manufacturing business in South Africa.
