John Harradence
BSc (Hons) Psychology (London), MSc Applied Psychology (Aston), Chartered Occupational Psychologist

John is a very experienced occupational psychologist who specialises in assessment for leadership selection and personal guidance and development.

John has worked in a number of central government departments including the Cabinet Office where he was the Chief Psychologist at the Civil Service Selection Board.

John has a particular interest in developing assessment procedures that are practical and cost effective.  He has designed assessment and development centres for various purposes including graduate recruitment and senior management development programmes.
