Kelvin Cox

Kelvin works closely with business leaders at Board, Director and senior team level in predominantly private sector organisations.  He supports some of the UK’s largest joint venture alliances and public private partnerships, blue chip businesses facing strategic and OD challenges and individual leaders trying to make sense of an environment of change.  Kelvin’s client relationships are open, honest, enjoyable, pragmatic, and long lasting.

His consultancy practice ensures solutions are created, owned and delivered by the key players themselves with minimum formality and maximum impact delivering sustainable results.  Kelvin brings energy, insight, enthusiasm and tenacity and his unique style of intervention and facilitation ensures leaders face up to and work through difficult and complex issues in a supported environment.

Kelvin is a founder Director of CPCR setting up the business with Simon Parker in 1989.  Prior to this he was responsible for leadership and employee development in Northumbrian Water during its successful transition from the public to private sector.
