Lucy is an experienced project manager and administrator working on the set up and administration of our 360° feedback programmes.  Lucy is CPCR’s 360° feedback ‘product champion’ with accountability for sharing learning and capturing leading edge thinking to guarantee best practice and assure quality.  Lucy played an integral part, project managing our initial development of our web platform ‘CPCR online’ which she now manages.  Lucy manages several 360° feedback programmes and OD projects using CPCR online requiring extensive technical knowledge of the system.

Lucy also is an experienced project manager for coordinating assessment centre logistical arrangements.  She provides high quality project management on all aspects of assessment centres from design and logistics to running the assessment centres and providing a high level of candidate care.  Lucy has managed large scale private and public sector recruitment campaigns including assessment processes for the selection to accelerated development programmes, promotion to Range 10 and 11 and promotion to SCS posts

Lucy has particular interests in 360° feedback and is an integral member of the marketing group managing CPCR’s brand, visual identity and website.
