Nicholas McRoberts

Nick (Australian/French) came to mass engagement processes through study in both classical music (conducting) and information technology and relational systems. His companies, Key Move Solutions France (www.keymove.fr) and Halcyon Interactive Australia, offer a wide variety of services including the use of the Zing collaborative platform. His interest in behavioural observation and engineering mass engagement processes has developed strongly with the chances he has had in the last few years to work with a large number of clients in Europe, Australia and South America.

His current projects are centred around smoothly integrating mass engagement processes, coaching/behavioural observation and technology. With a mission to make the most of new technology while keeping it completely transparent, his company provides an ever-evolving array of solutions for conferences and off-sites.

After completing his studies at Melbourne University in Australia (Arts/Music) and working there during the late nineties, Nick moved to France where he lives today as a permanent resident. He studied at the Paris Conservatorium and the Ecole Normale while working for two large French companies, before founding his own consulting pole : KEYMove Solutions.

Constantly advancing both sides of his professional agenda, Nick is regularly invited to participate in international conducting master-classes all over Europe (Spain, Italy, Norway) while maintaining a busy consulting agenda. Based in Paris today Nick shares his time between France and Australia.
