Simon Parker

Simon is a founder Director of CPCR and before establishing the company with Kelvin Cox in 1989, he worked as a senior manager in the water industry. In the run-up to privatisation his roles included strategic planning, performance management, capital investment appraisal and human resources strategy.

Simon works as an executive coach and facilitator with boards and senior managers.  He undertakes wider organisational development projects and he has extensive experience of the assessment and development of leaders.  He has experience in the public, private and third sectors and leads the development of CPCR Online and our associated diagnostic capability.  Simon is an Associate of the National School of Government.
