Tom is CPCRs Business Process and Development Specialist

Tom has 6 years experience in professional services and was previously an Assistant Director with Deloitte and Touché LLP where he was responsible for the delivery of high profile change management projects in both the public and private sector.

Tom is an experience project and programme manager and demonstrates a pragmatic & effective results-orientated approach to his work. He has a broad range of skills and regularly works with senior teams comprising of two or more entities to:

  • aid the development of change strategies;
  • develop communication plans;
  • aid the establishment of trust between parties;
  • facilitate project planning;
  • support the identification and alignment of key interdependencies, and;
  • resolve the issues encountered when delivering major change programmes.
Tom's clients include, British Telecom, Heinz, Cable and Wireless, Virgin Media, EADS / Airbus, Rentokil Initial, Transport for London, Department for Business Enterprise and Regulatory Reform, Sterling Airlines and Sasol
