Vicki Oley

Vicki is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, experienced in the design and facilitation of assessment centres, 360 degree feedback, leadership and organisational development programmes. A skilled statistician, Vicki has researched and evaluated CPCR’s assessment and development programmes to inform design and best practice.

Vicki is an associate of CPCR with a particular interest in applying psychological theory to practical, workable and profitable solutions for organisations.  Vicki is currently leading a Masters programme for Occupational Psychologists.
